What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and international cards through our secure payment gateway. Payments are processed instantly to confirm your booking.

How do hosts get paid?

Earnings are released to the host's M-Pesa after the guest checks in and the booking is confirmed — no bank account or manual withdrawal needed.

How long does it take to confirm a booking?

Instant Booking listings confirm the moment your payment goes through. For Request-to-Book listings, the host reviews and confirms your request, usually within a few hours.

Are there any extra charges beyond the booking price?

No hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — taxes or cleaning fees, where they apply, are shown clearly before you confirm.

Can I book without creating an account?

A quick account helps us verify guests and keep both sides safe, and it only takes a moment. Once registered, you can book, message hosts, and manage your trips in one place.

How safe are the listed properties?

Every property is reviewed and verified before it goes live, and our guest pool is screened too. What you see in the listing is what you book — real photos, real places.

Can I modify my booking dates after payment?

Date changes depend on the host's availability and cancellation terms. Message us or the host as early as possible and we'll help you sort out the options.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations follow the policy shown on each listing before you book. Reach our team and we'll guide you through the process for your specific stay.
